Strategy
Get Help is a search tool that facilitates the work of healthcare providers while also meeting the needs of individuals dealing with addiction and mental health challenges. Together with Get Help’s founders and team, we created an ecosystem developed across four digital products: two mobile applications (iOS and Android), a web app, and a provider admin for the facilities and health providers to manage their listings.
Our design strategy prioritized a clean, straightforward layout, implementing filtering and sorting options as the main navigation method to customize search results based on specific criteria. User research, including interviews and usability testing, informed our decisions on navigation, content structure, and interactive elements. This approach was designed to save time, improve information retrieval accuracy, and create an experience that aligned with the emotional and practical needs of the users, fostering a sense of trust and reliability in the Get Help platform.
